Landed at Oslo Torp, rather far from Oslo where we arrive in the evening. Just got off the bus we ask a man in what direction is our hotel, and very kindly he drives us with his car to the hotel. We are very close to the main road and we walk a bit before stopping for dinner. We will have few time to visit Oslo. After dinner we walk a bit in the city center.

When we get up we go to the Vigeland Sculpture Park, with its famous statues, there is a lot of snow in the fields. There are really few people around, just some with their dogs. We spend some time looking at the statues and taking many pictures.
But after a while we start to feel cold so we decide to visit 2 museums: the museum of Viking ships (really great, with some old ships but very well preserved) and the Fram Museum, the ship used by Amundsen.
Then we go back to the center and we see the royal palace, the fortress and finally the Opera built on an artificial island where it’s possible to go up to the roof.
After it, we take a tram to go on a hill, to get a panoramic view over Oslo.. We return to the center and go to the cathedral.

Rain mixed with snow, it’s the last morning we spend in Oslo, and we decide to go out despite the weather. We walk in the streets for a few hours before returning to the central bus station to take the shuttle. When we take the shuttle the sun shines, but it’s too late.
